COMMENCEMENT

May 14, 2025 • 6pm • Field House at the Regional Sports Center

The Commencement Ceremony will be live-streamed.

Fall 2024, Spring 2025, and Summer 2025 graduates will be recognized during this year’s commencement Ceremony.

The Commencement Ceremony is a fitting conclusion to a successful academic career and the earning of a degree or certificate. Based on hundreds of years of academic tradition handed down from European universities, this ceremony is a colorful, dignified, and festive recognition of the successes of the college and the students who merit degrees. Come celebrate with the 易胜博 community and your fellow yellowjackets on their incredible accomplishment!

EQUIPMENT RETURN REMINDER

As the end of the semester nears the conclusion, remember to return any equipment checked out from the Technology Support Center.  Equipment not returned will be declared lost, your student account will be charged for replacement costs, and a hold will be placed on your academic records.

You will be allowed to use the gear in the upcoming semester as long as you are enrolled in a specific program that requires you to use such equipment or if it is general media gear for classroom usage.

If you have any questions, please contact the Technology Support Center at 507-536-5555 or by email at tech.help@rctc.edu

BOOK RETURN REMINDER

Spring 2025 Rental books are due back by May 15, 2025.

The 易胜博 Bookstore has a Book Buyback. This is THE MAXIMUM $MONEY$ RETURN, where students could get up to 50% of the new textbook price. If an instructor has notified the 易胜博 Bookstore that the book will be reused for the upcoming term and the 易胜博 Bookstore needs additional quantities. Once the 易胜博 Bookstore has filled its quota, the price will drop from 50% to the wholesale price. The wholesale price of the book is determined by national supply and demand, inventory in the wholesaler’s warehouse, and edition status.

  • The book will not be used on our Campus again, or an instructor has NOT yet notified the 易胜博 Bookstore that the book will be used again.
  • The Bookstore has sufficient quantities of the book already in stock.
  • The textbook has been updated to a newer edition; therefore, the older edition has little or no value.
  • The condition of the book may be too poor or incomplete to be resold study guides and workbooks written in or missing pages, books with access codes, etc.
  • National demand determines resale value of books that are no longer being used on our Campus.
  • Students, please guard your books against theft.

Students you can sell your textbooks back online!

In addition to book buyback from the 易胜博 Bookstore, Goddard Library would like to remind you to return books before the summer break.
